This tracker and its companion dashboard are general-purpose location-reporting tools, provided as hardware and self-hosted software only. They are not sold, marketed, or intended as a surveillance, investigative, or monitoring service, and the manufacturer/seller ("we," "us") provides no such service.
You may not use this product to track, locate, or monitor any person without that person's knowledge and affirmative consent, or without independent lawful authority to do so (for example: a parent/guardian tracking their own minor child, or tracking your own property — a vehicle, bag, or asset you own). Using this product to track another adult covertly, to stalk, harass, or monitor a partner, family member, employee, or any other individual without their consent is strictly prohibited, regardless of your relationship to that person or your reason for doing so.
Laws governing tracking, surveillance, consent, and privacy vary by country, state, and locality, and change over time. We make no representation that any particular use of this product is lawful in your jurisdiction. It is solely your responsibility to determine, before using this product, whether your intended use is legal where you are — including consulting a qualified lawyer or your local law enforcement/data protection authority if you are unsure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the manufacturer/seller of this product bears no liability whatsoever for any use of this product that violates applicable law, any third party's rights, or this policy, regardless of jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for your use of this product and agree to indemnify and hold the manufacturer/seller harmless from any claim, loss, fine, or legal action arising from your use of it, including use by anyone you gave access to the device or dashboard.
This product is provided "as is." We make no warranty that it is suitable for any purpose beyond general-purpose location reporting, and expressly disclaim any warranty that its use is lawful for any specific purpose you may have in mind.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, pairing, or cloud-relay service associated with this product if we become aware of a credible report that it is being used to violate this policy, without obligation to provide advance notice.
